Field Companion does not collect, transmit, or sell personal information. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party data sharing, and no accounts to create. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Everything you write inside the app — workbook responses, tracker records, and notes — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it. If you delete the app, that content is deleted with it, so export or record anything you wish to keep before removing the app.
Full Access is an auto-renewing subscription handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. Apple processes the payment and tells the app only whether an active subscription exists. We never receive or store your payment details, and we do not receive your name or email from Apple. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Field Companion is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
